We’re proud to introduce our new Customer Portal System allowing our customers to log in to a secure section of our website and manage the products we produce for you. This new online system enables direct customer login and interaction including adding new products, viewing pricing breaks, reordering inventory, and even direct payment options.


We don’t stop there, as we enable file upload to our Art Department, requesting an Estimate, Viewing and Approving online Proofs, all within your personalized online account. Both yourself and your Designer Decal Account Manager will receive email confirmation of any of these account activities. You won’t be left wondering if we’ve received or processed, your request, as we still always call or email you directly with personalized confirmation of online activity.

We're pleased to announce that we've recently joined forces with Spokane-based Graphic Results. Graphic Results is a key Spokane Area vinyl/digital production and installation company with over 35 years industry experience.
Specializing in Design, Vehicle Graphics Production and Installation, and custom Labeling, Graphic Results provides the perfect compliment to the already diverse product offerings of Designer Decal.

Both Graphic Results and Designer Decal customers will not need to change the way they're used to doing business with us, as all staff and support remain intact. Graphic Results address has however changed to Designer Decal's main facility at 1120 E. First Ave. Spokane, WA.

Installation of our new printing and finishing equipment is finally complete! We now have the capability of digitally printing direct to nearly any substrate up to 1" thick including wood, plexi, metal and even glass. We're currently in the process of printing sample product in various print production modes for sample distribution. Look for more information both online, and in the mail.

We're excited to soon be installing new digital printing and finishing equipment! The preparation has already begun for a mid-July installation of state of the art flatbed digital printer and laser finishing equipment.



We're currently re-finishing much of the floor to our 15,000 ft2 production facility and adding additional climate and dust control measures. These steps will enable even greater control over the many production variables that affect color consistency and print quality.

Check back for more details and pictures of our renovation and equipment installation. We'll soon be announcing the specifics of this revolutionary printing equipment, and the finishing flexibility available with this flatbed - laser combination.
