NEW AT DESIGNER DECAL In March of this year, a new owner took over the reins at Designer Decal. In the months following some exciting changes have taken place. These changes have led to significant improvements in the quality of our products, Customer service and overall business interactions. In June, a new General Manager, (Todd Wendle) with over 25 years of manufacturing and service experience with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies was brought in. With his experience base in lean manufacturing and the service business, Designer Decal has been busy streamlining operations from start to finish. We have improved the quality of our products with better quality raw materials, equipment upgrades and process improvements. In addition to our product quality, we have made significant improvements in Customer service. We have reduced the time it takes to get a quote and have completely restructured our pricing models. In addition we now have shorter turn around times on all of our orders. Our on time delivery is greatly improved.
