Digital

Designer Decal provides the best solutions and results with both solvent and UV flatbed capabilities. This allows us to offer our clients the optimum solutions for their digital product requirements. Additionally, our staff is trained to know what products to use for each application, from large fleets to wall barricades to the smallest of informational decals.

 
Screen Printing
 
Since 1972 Designer Decal is one of the leaders in the screen-print industry. Designer Decal has the option to print our products from multiple presses for large format output to very small security labels. We have the ability to match custom company colors. Our knowledge in screen printing materials allows us to meet customer requirements with actual product.
 

FINISHING

Die CuttingWe can cut a range of sheet materials including paper, cardboard, rubber and plastic. In addition to cutting out standard shapes, steel rule die can be used to create creases, perforations and slits. This process also accommodates pillow embossing of foam core and other thicker materials.

ThermalWe can cut larger quantities of decals at a lower cost. This type of decal has no waste or background material so the only thing that is visible is the printed image. Thermal die cutting is typically used when light pressure is needed for sensitive vinyl.
 
Lamination - We feature a wide range of laminate materials in conjunction with high-production laminators that together can handle any project. 
 
Fabrication – We partner with our customers to engineer signs from design to finish. Our in-house professionals will route, bend, form, and assemble materials and graphics to provide the best possible products.

Project Management - Our project managers ensure that all projects, regardless of size, are a collaborative effort. Each is coordinated and completed on time at a quality level that meets or exceeds client expectations every time.
 
Design - Our in-house designers can provide necessary artwork.  If working with finished creations, our art department is ready to turn them into the visual communication product our customers require.
 
Prototypes – We provide that “One-Off” service that sets us apart from the others. We understand the importance of seeing a visual sample of the expected product. This allows our clients to examine and approve the project before moving to final production.  Available research and development services will reduce the risks of going directly to production with an untried solution.
